1. Schedule "Deep Work" Blocks (Timeblocking). Treat your focus time like an unbreakable appointment. Schedule specific blocks in your calendar (e.g., 90 minutes) dedicated solely to a complex task, no interruptions allowed. Let your team know you'll be "in the zone."
